What's my angle?
Firstly I'd like to thank google for providing me with this platform for my views :)
By way of a brief potted history, I've attended the meetings of quite a few organisations such as CND, Trident Ploughshares, RESPECT Party, Stop the War Coalition, Socialist Worker Party, Greenpeace, and so on in search of political truth (just as I've been to various flavours of churches pursuing spiritual truth). Trying to understand our bellicose history lead me to read almost all of Noam Chomsky's works, which gave me some useful insight into propaganda and neurolinguistic programming, but whose myopic institutional analysis left me feeling somewhat paralysed in the face of our thundering cultural inertia. Wider reading in history, psychology and declassified government documents has lead me to recognise that something was rotten in Denmark.
I'm by nature a problem-solver, so I've created this blog to document my attempts to see just what's going on, what's being done about it and what can be done.
